      STANDARDS OF PRACTICE
The Peak to Prairie Home Inspection report adheres to the
Standards of Practice of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).

      Your FULL INSPECTION REPORT

Your comprehensive, narrative, easy-to-read Full Inspection Report will contain detailed descriptions of all the home systems and their important, accessible components as well as desriptions and photos of safety concerns and system defects.

Annotated, digital color photographs are included, making it possible to enter into the report a visual record of problems in areas where access is difficult, such as crawlspaces, attics and roofs. Also included are photos of the main shut-offs for electrical, gas and water services.

      The SUMMARY REPORT
The Summary Report describes safety issues, conditions which may require the major repair or replacement of a system or component, affect the value of the home, or affect the ability of the home to qualify for financing or insurance coverage.

      The COMPLETE REPORT
The complete report consists of the Full Inspection Report, the Summary Report, a copy of the Inspection Contract, the results of any ancillary inspections performed, such as a Radon report and any other relevant documents.

      REPORT SIZE
The Report size will vary with the size and complexity of the home inspected, the type of general home inspection chosen and the number of ancillary reports included but typically contains from 50 to 65 pages.

      RECEIVING YOUR REPORT

I typically deliver reports within 24 hours of the inspection, however you will receive your report no later than within 48 hours of completion of the inspection. Quicker delivery is available when required and the report can generated onsite if necessary and if you notify me in advance.

Reports are typically e-mailed although other types of delivery are available on request.
